Reports and Employee Performance
Reports in PlanTask88 summarise the tasks, time worked and out of range visits for a chosen period, and rank each employee by completed tasks with their hours, average task time and on-site compliance percentage. Managers use it for monthly timesheets, productivity reviews and checking that visits really happened on site.
Before You Start
- Employees see a report of their own tasks only.
- Admins see the totals for everyone and a line for every employee, including inactive staff who have task history in the period.
Choose a Period
Tap a chip at the top of Reports:

| All time | Every task. This is the default. |
Periods match the task's start date.
Summary Cards

| Total time | Sum of the durations of completed tasks, shown in hours and minutes. |
The Long-Task Warning
If any task ran longer than the time limit your admin sets (12 hours by default), a warning card appears such as "2 tasks ran over 12h". It explains that this is likely a missed check-out that inflates Total time, and shows the realistic time worked with the excess removed. Total time itself is not changed.
Employee Performance
Below the cards, Employee performance lists each person with:

| on-site | Percentage of tasks that were not flagged out of range. Green is 95% or more, amber 80% to 94%, red below 80%. |
If nobody worked in the period you see "No employee activity yet for this period."
Frequently Asked Questions
Why Does Total Time Look Too High?
A task left running is counted until it is completed or auto-closed. Look for the long-task warning card and correct those tasks in Tasks.
Are Tasks Still in Progress Counted in Total Time?
No. Only completed tasks with an end time add to Total time.
How Is On-Site Compliance Worked Out?
It is the share of the employee's tasks in the period that were not flagged out of range at start or end. A person with no tasks shows 100%.
Can I Export the Report?
PlanTask88 does not have an export button. Use the figures on screen or take a screenshot.
