Snooker King
Centre and Organisation Setup
Centre and organisation setup in Snooker King lets you describe your business once, so that every table, invoice, member and report is attached to the right company and branch. The organisation holds the legal and tax identity used on invoices, while each centre holds the day-to-day setup such as time zone, opening hours, tables and printers. It is used by business owners and senior managers when a new outlet opens.
Before You Start
- You need a Client, Organization or administrator account. Operators cannot see the Organizations or Centers pages.
- Have your company registration number (BRN), tax identification number (TIN), SST number (if registered) and logo ready.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is There a Setup Wizard?
No. Create Organization Only creates the organisation record, and you then set up the centre, tables and rates from the Centers and Settings screens as described in this manual.
Why Do Late-Night Sales Appear on the Previous Day?
That is the End of Day (EOD) Revenue Cut-Off Time. If it is set to 06:00, a bill paid at 02:00 belongs to the previous business day, so one night of trading stays on one report.
Can Two Centres Have Different Tax Settings?
Yes. Centres follow the organisation by default, but the Service Charges and Tax tabs in each centre's Settings can override them.
Who Can Delete a Centre?
Only owner and management accounts can open the Centers page; operators cannot. Deleting a centre affects all of its tables and history, so contact VYROX support if you are unsure.
