Quick Checks When a Number Looks Wrong

What Is VYROX Quarry?
An AI-powered IoT platform and quarry operations management system purpose-built for quarries and asphalt plants. It joins crushers, conveyors, stockpiles, asphalt plants, trucks and environmental monitors into one live picture, then raises alarms, work orders and reports.
Is Our Data Private?
VYROX Quarry has its own sign-in, its own database and a full audit log. Each person sees only the sites their account allows, and Ask AI uses no outside AI service for questions.
What Does the AI Actually Do?
It projects days to a machine limit, sorts camera detections for a person to confirm, checks dust, noise and water against Malaysian standards, and answers plain questions with the working shown.
Can the System Stop a Machine?
No. Rule-driven commands are limited to jobs such as sprinklers and pumps, queued for the site gateway, and a person confirms every camera detection.
Why Is an Alarm Still Open After the Reading Recovered?
An alarm that returns before anyone acknowledges it stays on the list until a person acknowledges it. See Alarms.
Why Is There No Failure Prediction for a Machine?
A projection is shown only when the 72-hour trend is clearly rising and fits well (r² of 0.5 or more from at least 12 points). Flat or scattered readings give no projection.
Can It Connect to an Older Plant?
Yes. A Modbus Converter reads PLCs and meters, and where nothing is wired out a gateway agent can read the HMI screen with AI vision, for reading only.
Which Standards Does It Check Against?
MAAQS 2020 for dust, zone limits for noise, Standard A and B for effluent, and your site's legal limits for blast vibration and air overpressure.
What Reports Can We Give the Board or Regulator?
Daily operations, environmental and ESG reports against Bursa Malaysia indicators, with CSV export.
Does It Cover Drum Asphalt Plants?
The demo company runs both batch and drum asphalt plants on the Asphalt Plant screens. The 3D Digital Twin covers batch plants today, with drum plants next.
Who Can Change Limits and Users?
Access is set up with VYROX. The product has five roles: Admin, Manager, Engineer, Operator and Viewer, and the exact permissions of each are agreed during setup.
Are the Numbers in the Demo Real?
No. Every figure in the demo is simulated for the fictional Demo Quarry Sdn Bhd. Your own figures come from your own sensors.
Can We Try It First?
Yes. The Try the System demo on aikuari.com plays a simulated quarry day, and VYROX can arrange a pilot on your plant.
