VYROX POS Printer Connector Troubleshooting and FAQ
This guide helps you fix receipt printing problems with the VYROX POS Printer Connector, the program and browser extension that let VYROX web apps such as Snooker King print straight to a thermal receipt printer. Start with the extension popup, then use Diagnose & Repair, which checks and fixes the installation for you.
Read the Extension Popup First
Click the VYROX POS Printer Connector icon in the browser toolbar.

Run Diagnose and Repair
Diagnose & Repair runs nine checks and fixes what it can automatically:

| Admin privileges | Whether it can make repairs. Run as Administrator for full repairs. |
| Bridge folder and script | The connector's own files are in place. |
| Browser registration | The browser knows how to start the connector, and the registration points to the right place. |
| Extension trust | The installed extension is allowed. A mismatch here is why printing fails with "forbidden". |
| Printer settings | The saved printer, paper width and connection type. |
| Printer connectivity | Whether the USB or Bluetooth printer is online. |
| Bluetooth ports | Which Bluetooth serial ports exist on the computer. |
- On Windows, run the connector program as Administrator and choose Diagnose & Repair. You can also press Diagnose & Repair in the extension popup.
- On macOS, run the connector script in Terminal with the ''-Diagnose'' option.
- Read the result. All Checks Passed means the installation is healthy. Otherwise it repairs the issues and shows Repairs Complete.
- Fully quit the browser (on Windows, check Task Manager that no browser windows remain) and reopen it.
Common Problems

Frequently Asked Questions
Where Is the Print Log?
The connector keeps a log named ''print.log'' in its VYROX_POSPrinterConnector folder in your user folder. On macOS, the ''-Diagnose'' option also shows the last log lines. VYROX support may ask you for it.
Do I Need to Reinstall After Changing Printers?
No. Run the connector setup again and choose the new printer. The extension stays as it is.
Why Does Setup Say to Use the Same USB Port?
Some printers have no real serial number, so Windows recognises them by port. Keep such a printer on the same USB port, or run setup again after moving it.
Can Several Computers Share One Network Printer?
Yes. Install the connector and extension on each computer and point each one at the same network printer address.
