Loading and Delivery
Loading and Delivery in VYROX Quarry (AIKuari) follows each hot-mix load from the plant to the paver. It uses the load temperature and the thermal camera's coldest corner, predicts the temperature the mix will have at the paver, flags a load that would arrive too cold before it leaves, and records the measured arrival temperature. Load-out operators and asphalt plant managers use it; the product also reads truck plates at the weighbridge and gate.
The Load Card
Open Loading and Delivery from The Chain group. The load card, for example Load DEMO-0415 · Plant A1 to the Paver, shows the prediction for one load.
- Haul Time and Load Temperature at the Plant sliders, and a Covered Truck tick box (a cover halves the cooling rate).
- A line stating the predicted temperature at the paver and whether it is inside the band. In the demo the band for ACW 14 is 140 to 163 °C.
- A chart of the load cooling during the haul against the band.
- A badge: In the Band, or Hold or Re-heat when the load will arrive too cold.
When a load will arrive below the minimum, the card says what load temperature is needed to arrive with a small margin, or suggests covering the truck.
How the Prediction Works
VYROX Quarry uses Newton cooling toward air temperature over the haul, with a slower rate for a covered truck. The model is checked against every measured arrival.
Loads Today
The Loads Today card lists each load.

Record the Arrival
- When the truck reaches the paver, measure the mix temperature.
- On the Loads Today card, type it in the Measured °C at the Paver box.
- Press Record Arrival.
The card then shows the recorded value beside the prediction, so the model can be checked.
Plates at the Gate
The product describes reading truck plates at the weighbridge and gate with a Plate Recognition Camera. In the demo, a plate read appears in the Camera Review queue with the status Auto.

Why Record the Arrival Temperature?
It shows the load arrived in specification and checks the prediction.
Does a Cover Really Matter?
In the model, yes. It uses half the cooling rate for a covered truck.
