AISERVA and AIKuari
Crushing and Conveyors
The Crushing and Conveyors screens in VYROX Quarry (AIKuari) show throughput and energy on each crushing line and keep watch on the belts between the machines. Crushing shows tonnes per hour, kWh per tonne and stops by reason; Conveyors shows belt load and speed and finds hot idlers with a thermal camera. Plant managers and maintenance engineers use them to raise output and cut downtime.

| Card | What It Shows | Sample Value |
|---|---|---|
| Line N1 Throughput | Tonnes per hour from the belt scale | 386 t/h |
| Energy per Tonne | Metered power divided by belt-scale tonnes | 2.41 kWh/t |
| Stops Today | Number of stops today and their reasons | 2: belt repair 48 min, feed shortage 1.9 h |
| Stops by Reason, This Week | Lost hours grouped by Reason, with Hours and Share | Feed shortage after blast, belt tracking, planned maintenance |
| Machines on Line N1 | Each machine with Health, Bearing and Vibration | Primary Jaw Crusher N1-JC, Secondary Cone Crusher N1-CC1, Vibrating Screen N1-SC |
Press Open Machine Condition on the Machines on Line N1 card to see a machine's health score and trend. See Machine Condition and Work Orders.
Stops by Reason
Stops are grouped by the reason operators give, so the biggest losses show first. Ask AI answers "Where did we lose production time this week?" from the same data.
Energy per Tonne
Clamp and three-phase energy meters give kWh; belt scales give tonnes. Comparing kWh per tonne between lines shows which line costs more to run. Ask AI answers "Which crushing line uses the most energy per tonne this week?"
Conveyors
Open Conveyors from The Chain group.
| Card | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| CV2 Return Idlers · Thermal Camera | Each idler's temperature as a bar, with a Normal or Hot Idler badge |
| Belts, Line N1 | Each Belt with its Load, Speed and Status, for example CV1 crusher feed, CV2 screen feed and CV3 stacker |
Belt statuses include Running, Hot Idler and Stopped for Repair. Press Open Camera Review on the belts card to see camera detections.
Hot Idlers
The thermal camera compares each idler with the ones beside it, so strong sun does not trip it. An idler much hotter than its neighbours raises a warning, for example "Hot idler on CV2: 68 °C, 34 °C over its neighbours". When all is well the card reads "Every idler is within 4 °C of its neighbours."
Belt Damage and Spillage
Belt damage and spillage seen by a camera go to Camera Review for a person to confirm. See Camera Review and Safety.
Devices Used
Belt Scale (VX-BS100), Clamp Energy Meter (VX-CT100), Three-Phase Energy Meter (VX-CT300), Vibration Sensor (VX-VB100), Modbus Converter (VX-MB100), Thermal Camera (VX-TC200) and AI Safety Camera (VX-CB100).
Frequently Asked Questions
Why Compare an Idler With Its Neighbours?
In strong sun every idler warms up. Comparing neighbours finds the one bearing that is failing.
Can It Read Our Existing PLC?
Where the PLC or meter speaks Modbus, the Modbus Converter can read it. Where nothing is wired out, a gateway agent can read the plant's HMI screen, for reading only.
