Claim Records and GL Summary
Claim Records in InstaClaim is the history of every claim generated through the app, with a Claims List showing each claim's date, employee and amount, and a GL Summary adding up spending per GL account for the chosen period. Finance and managers use it to see who has claimed what and where the money goes.
Open Claim Records
- On the main screen press the document icon (Claim Records) at the top.
- Claim Records opens with the subtitle "View and analyze expense claim history".
- Press Close to return.
Claims List
The Claims List tab has three columns:

| Date | The claim date. |
| Employee | The Employee Name entered on the claim. |
| Amount | The claim total in RM. |
If there are none for the period you see "No claims found".
GL Summary
Press GL Summary to switch tabs.

| GL Code | The expense account code. |
| Account Name | The account description. |
| Total Amount | The sum of all receipt lines with that GL code in the period, in RM. |
Filter by Period
- Choose a period from the drop-down: All Time, This Month, Last Month, This Year, Last Year or Date Range.
- For Date Range, set the start and end dates.
- Press Apply.
The filter applies to both tabs.
Sort a Column
Tap a column heading to sort by it. Tap again to reverse the order. For example, sort Amount to find the largest claims, or Total Amount in GL Summary to find the biggest spending categories.
Frequently Asked Questions
When Is a Claim Saved to Claim Records?
When you press Confirm in Review Receipt Data and the documents are generated. A claim you abandon before that is not saved.
Can I Open the PDF From Claim Records?
No. Claim Records keeps the figures only. Keep the PDF you shared or downloaded.
Can I Delete a Claim From the List?
Not from the app. Contact VYROX if a test or duplicate claim needs removing.
Why Do I See Other People's Claims?
The standalone InstaClaim has no user accounts, so everyone using the same InstaClaim sees the same records. If you need claims kept private per person, ask VYROX about InstaClaim in AISERVA, where each user sees only their own claims.
