Environment, Dust, Noise and Settling Ponds
The Environment screen in VYROX Quarry (AIKuari) keeps the quarry inside its dust, noise and water limits and shows the evidence. It checks PM10 against the site trigger and the Malaysian Ambient Air Quality Standard (MAAQS 2020), shows day noise and settling pond discharge against their limits, and switches sprinklers on by a dust and wind rule. HSE officers and quarry managers use it daily and for regulator reports.

The Dust Rule and Sprinklers
The Dust Rule · North Quarry card shows whether sprinklers are on and why. All three conditions must be true to switch on:
- The PM10 1-hour average is over the trigger (150 µg/m³ in the demo).
- The wind is from within 45° of the village bearing, so it blows toward the village.
- The wind speed is at least 1 m/s.
Each condition is listed with a tick or a cross. When the rule fires, the command is queued for the site gateway and the Event Log records "Sprinklers switched ON automatically (dust rule)". In the demo the sprinklers switch off once PM10 is below 90 µg/m³ and they have run 30 minutes.

Wind and the Village
The Wind and the Village card shows a compass with the village direction, the 45° window either side, and where the wind is blowing. Below it, the Event Log lists rain and sprinkler events with their times.
Settling Ponds and Water
- Level sensors on ponds, sumps and tanks report levels.
- Pond Discharge shows suspended solids against the discharge standard.
- The product describes IO controllers running pumps from level readings.
