Blasting
Blasting in VYROX Quarry (AIKuari) records the ground vibration (PPV) and air overpressure of every blast at the nearest homes, checks each against the limits on the Limits page, and keeps a register of the month's blasts. The product also links community complaints to the blast behind them. Quarry managers, blasting supervisors and HSE officers use it to show compliance.
The Blast Card
Open Blasting from The Chain group. The blast card, for example Blast B-2026-014 · Bench 3, North Quarry, shows the latest blast.

Below the meters, a table lists each Reading with its Value, Limit and Status, including Oversize at Crusher Feed from the crusher-feed camera. Status badges include Inside, Inside, Unconfirmed and Crusher Warned.
Before a blast is fired, the card says no blast has happened yet today and lists recent blasts.
Limits
Limits come from the Limits page, set up with VYROX for your site. If a limit has not been confirmed, the screen says so, for example the air overpressure limit shows as "(unconfirmed)".
Register This Month
The Register This Month card lists each blast with Blast, Date, PPV mm/s, Air dBL and Status. A blast over its limit is marked Over the Limit. You can also ask Ask AI "Were any blasts over the vibration limit this month?"
After the Blast
- Oversize rock: the crusher-feed camera measures the share of oversize rock, and the crusher is warned before it chokes.
- Feed shortage: stops on the crushing line after a blast appear under the reason "Feed shortage after blast" on the Crushing screen.
- Complaints: the product links complaints from the village to the blast behind them.
