Machine Condition and Work Orders
Machine Condition in VYROX Quarry (AIKuari) gives each crusher, screen and drive a health score from 0 to 100, explains every lost point, and projects how many days are left before a reading reaches its alarm limit. Work Orders lists the maintenance jobs raised from those predictions or by hand. Maintenance engineers and plant managers use them to fix machines before they fail.
What Is Measured
Vibration sensors and probe temperature sensors on each machine feed readings such as bearing temperature and vibration (RMS). The product also describes oil temperature and filter pressure as readings it can trend. See VYROX Quarry Devices.
The Machine Condition Screen
Open Machine Condition from the Overview group.
- The Machines, North Quarry card lists each machine with its health score badge, for example Secondary Cone Crusher (N1-CC1), Primary Jaw Crusher (N1-JC) and Vibrating Screen (N1-SC).
- The machine card, for example Secondary Cone Crusher · N1-CC1, shows a health ring, a status badge (Normal, Warning or Critical), the list Every Lost Point, Explained, a chart of the reading with its trend, and the Raise Work Order button.
The Health Score
Each machine starts at 100. Points are taken off when a reading is above its warning or alarm limit, when it is close to its warning limit, when a trend is projected to reach the alarm limit soon, and when alarms are open. Each deduction is listed under Every Lost Point, Explained. When nothing is wrong the list reads "Every reading is comfortably inside its limits."
Days to the Limit
VYROX Quarry fits a straight-line trend to the last 72 hours of running data and projects when the reading will cross its alarm limit. The chart marks the Warning and Alarm lines.

A projection is shown only when the fit is strong: an r² of 0.5 or more from at least 12 points, with a clearly rising trend. Otherwise the screen shows No Projection and explains that the fit is too weak or that there is no meaningful rising trend.

Prediction Alarms
When a trend is projected to reach its alarm limit within 7 days, VYROX Quarry raises a prediction alarm, for example "Bearing temperature N1-CC1 projected to reach 85 °C in 4.1 days". It appears in Alarms and on the Group View Watch List.
Work Orders
Open Work Orders from the Operations group. A prediction that crosses the 7-day line raises a work order automatically. You can also raise one yourself:
- Open Machine Condition and select the machine.
- Press Raise Work Order. It works only when a projection is shown.
- The new order opens in Work Orders.
The Work Orders card has these columns:

Frequently Asked Questions
How Far Ahead Does It Warn?
It raises a prediction alarm when the reading is projected to hit its alarm limit within 7 days.
Why Is There No Projection for a Machine?
The readings are flat, falling, or too scattered to fit a reliable line, so the system does not guess.
Can I Raise a Work Order Myself?
Yes. Press Raise Work Order on the machine card in Machine Condition. It is recorded as By Hand.
