Camera Review and Safety
Camera Review in VYROX Quarry (AIKuari) is the queue where a person confirms or dismisses what the AI cameras detect, such as missing PPE, belt damage or oversize rock. The Safety screen handles safety detections from walkway cameras, lets you log a near miss in the same step, and shows the month's safety figures. HSE officers and control-room operators use both every shift.
Detection Types
VYROX Quarry describes nine camera AI detection types. Examples include missing PPE, person in a danger zone, belt damage, spillage, oversize rock and dust plume. Which types run on which camera is agreed with VYROX for your site.
Each detection shows the camera, the time and a confidence percentage, for example "Belt damage · 91 %".
Camera Review
Open Camera Review from the Operations group.

Statuses in the queue are Waiting, Confirmed and Auto (for example an automatic plate read at the weighbridge).
Review a Belt Detection
- Open Camera Review and look at the image on the camera card.
- Press Confirm and Stop the Belt if the detection is real, or Dismiss if it is not.
- The queue updates and the event is recorded.
In the demo, confirming records that the control room stopped the belt. The software itself does not stop the belt; people do, using the plant's own controls.
Safety
Open Safety from the Site-Wide group.

Confirm a Safety Detection and Log a Near Miss
- Open Safety and read the detection.
- Leave Log a Near Miss in the Same Step ticked if the event was a near miss, or untick it.
- Press Confirm, or press Dismiss if the detection is wrong.
Near misses and lost-time injuries feed the Bursa Malaysia safety figures in the ESG report.
SOS Buttons
People working alone can carry an SOS Button (VX-BT100). SOS presses are counted on the Safety This Month card. See VYROX Quarry Devices.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why Does Every Detection Need a Person?
Camera AI can be wrong. A person confirming each one keeps records accurate and keeps people, not software, in charge of the plant.
What Happens When I Dismiss a Detection?
It leaves the waiting list and the dismissal is recorded. A dismissed safety detection is not logged as a near miss.
Do Confirmed Detections Appear in Reports?
Yes. The daily report counts camera detections confirmed, and near misses appear in the ESG figures.
