Snooker King · Snooker King: Complete Operator Manual
Snooker King is a cloud management and billing system for snooker, pool and billiard centres. It runs the whole floor from one browser screen: it times every table, switches the table lights on and off through VYROX lighting boards, bills count-up and countdown games, sells food and drinks through a built-in point of sale, and keeps members, credits, bookings, tournaments and revenue reports in one place. It is used by centre owners, managers, cashiers and operators, and by members through the member portal.
You open Snooker King in any modern browser at snookerking.com/app. There is nothing to install on the counter computer, although a small printer connector is used for thermal printing.
Every account in Snooker King belongs to a level in a simple hierarchy. What you see depends on the level you sign in at.
| Level | What It Owns | Typical Person |
|---|---|---|
| Client | The business account, its organisations and all reports | Company owner |
| Organization | Centres, membership plans, tax and payment settings | Brand or group director |
| Center | Tables, rates, menu, printers, lighting and staff | Branch |
| Employee (Manager or Operator) | Day-to-day operation of one or more centres | Branch manager, cashier |
| Member | Own profile, credits, bookings and history | Customer |
Managers and operators are both employees. The Role field on the employee record decides which one they are, and the permission ticks on that record decide exactly what they may do. See Staff, Permissions and Attendance.
Staff whose account has no email address can ask a manager or the owner to send a password reset from their employee record. Customers who do not yet have an account can join from the Register tab, which verifies their email address with a 4-digit code.
The navigation bar across the top shows only the pages your role may open.
