Step 1: Complaints
Click “Suggestion” icon
Step 2: Create New Complaints
Click “New Suggestion” to mkae a new compliant.
Step 3: Fil in Suggestion details
Fill in Customer account, Complaint, Catagory, Title, Description, and Select Show to Public or Manangement only. Click “Add” to create.
