The Time Zone Configuration feature allows snooker club operators to align the system’s date and time settings with their actual business location. This ensures that all transactions, table sessions, and system records are accurately time-stamped.

Users can easily customise the timezone, date format, and time format to match local operating preferences. A real-time preview is provided to confirm the selected settings before saving.

Accurate time configuration is essential for seamless table bookings, precise POS transactions, reliable sales reports, synchronised lighting and countdown controls. Once configured, the system applies these settings across all modules to maintain consistency, operational accuracy, and a smooth user experience.
