VYROX Wiki · Updated 23 September 2026 · https://www.vyrox.com/wiki/xserva-overview
The VYROX xSERVA campus operations family is a set of cloud management portals and resident apps, powered by VYROX AI, that run the day-to-day operations of a residential, commercial, education or sports property: units and residents, billing and payments, visitors and access control, facility bookings, complaints and announcements. It is used by management bodies (JMB, MC and Sub-MC), property managers, campus administrators, sports club operators, their front-desk and security staff, and the residents, tenants and members they serve.
The Four Editions
Each edition is tuned for a type of property. The menus you see depend on the edition and on the features your operator has switched on for your property, so some modules described in these guides may not appear in your portal.

Signing In
Your operator gives you the portal address for your property. Use that address, not a link from a search engine or another property.
Open the portal address in a desktop or mobile browser.
Enter your login details and type the characters shown in the security image into the Code box.
Press Log In.
If you have forgotten your password, press Forgot Password on the sign-in page. For step-by-step help see Login and Change Password.
To leave the portal, open the menu under your name at the top right and press Logout. The same menu holds Change Password.
How the Portal Is Organised
The management portal has three areas:
Feature tiles on the home screen for daily work, such as Invoicing, Deposit Requests, Credit/Refund Notes, Utility Billing, Visitors, Class Bookings, Incident Reports, Emergency SOS Requests, Contractor Service Permits and Help Desk.
Top menu for customers and finance: Customers, Customer Accounts, Billing, Invoicing, Cash Book, General Ledger, Reports and Suppliers.
Pending Approval and Settings for items waiting for a decision (Visitors, User Accounts, Access Cards, Services, Information Changes) and for configuration (Facilities, Rates, Fees and Charges, Consumption Tax Types, Public Holidays, Visitors, User Accounts and more).
Administrators also have the Admin Console (under your name) for Management Bodies, Projects, Employees, Campaigns, Membership Plans and Payment Processors.
Residents, tenants and members use the resident app for their side of the same workflows: paying invoices, registering visitors, booking facilities, raising complaints and managing their own sub-users.
Your operator sets the edition and the features for your property. If a menu or tile in these guides is missing from your portal, that feature is not switched on for your property; ask your operator.
Can One Person Manage Several Properties?
Yes. An account with access to more than one project can switch between them by clicking the project name at the top of the portal and choosing another project, or All Projects. Everything you see and create is scoped to the property that is currently selected.
Where Do Residents Get the App?
Residents sign in to the resident app with the details the management office registers for them. Point them to the resident guides listed above, starting with Visitor and Facility Bookings.
Is the Portal Address Public?
No. Always use the portal address your operator gives you. Do not share your login with other staff; ask an administrator to create an employee account for them instead.
