AIKuari (VYROX Quarry) Overview

AIKuari, sold as VYROX Quarry (also written VYROX AI Quarry), is an AI-powered IoT platform and quarry operations management system built for quarries and asphalt plants. It joins crushers, conveyors, stockpiles, asphalt plants, trucks and environmental monitors into one live picture, then raises alarms, work orders and reports. It is aimed at quarry owners, plant managers, maintenance engineers and HSE officers, and is designed, installed and supported by VYROX International Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur.

Every figure shown is a sample value, not a measured result or a guarantee. Screens, labels, limits and menus may differ in a live deployment, depending on how VYROX sets up your sites and your role.

The product website also describes a Control-Room Screen, a wall display that rotates through the sites. Screens refer to a Limits page (the limits readings are checked against) and a Factors page (the engineering and emission factors used in calculations).

How It Works

  1. Sense. VYROX sensors and cameras measure vibration, temperature, dust, noise, blasts, levels, belt tonnage and heat.
  2. Connect. LoRaWAN and 4G gateways carry readings to the platform. For older plants with no signal wired out, a gateway agent can read the plant's HMI screen with AI vision, for reading only.
  3. Monitor and Analyse. One picture per group, region, site, plant and machine.
  4. Alert and Predict. Warning and alarm limits with a deadband, plus trend projections of days to a limit.
  5. Guide. Recommendation cards on plant screens, and Ask AI.
  6. Control. Rule-driven commands, such as sprinklers on a dust rule, are queued for the site gateway. Nothing stops a machine by itself.
  7. Report. Daily operations, environmental and ESG reports, with CSV export.

Signing In and Roles

A live system is reached from the Sign In button on aikuari.com. VYROX creates accounts during setup, and each account sees only the group, region, site or plant it is allowed to see.

The product has five roles: Admin, Manager, Engineer, Operator and Viewer. The exact permissions of each role are agreed with VYROX during setup. Acknowledgements and important actions are written to an audit log.

Try the Guided Demo

The Try the System section at aikuari.com/software.php plays one simulated quarry day in twelve steps, from Before the Shift at 00:00 to The Day in Numbers at 18:00.

  1. Press Play the Day to step through automatically, or Pause to stop.
  2. Use Next and Back to move one step at a time. The last step shows Done.
  3. Click any sidebar item to open that screen at any time.
  4. Some steps let you move sliders, confirm a detection or record a value.

Yes. aikuari.com is the product website and VYROX Quarry is the product name.

Are the Numbers in These Guides Real?

No. They are sample values from the demo company, Demo Quarry Sdn Bhd. Your own figures come from your own sensors once the system is installed.

Can the System Stop a Machine?

No. Commands are rule-driven and limited to jobs such as switching sprinklers, and a person confirms every camera detection.
