LawServa Overview

VYROX Wiki · Updated 23 September 2026 · https://www.vyrox.com/wiki/lawserva-overview

LawServa is practice management software for Malaysian law firms. It keeps a firm's matters, clients, conflict checks, documents, court and limitation dates, time, bills, client account and compliance registers in one place, with an AI assistant called AI Lawyer that answers from the firm's own records. It is used by partners, legal assistants, clerks, accounts staff and office managers in firms of roughly 3 to 15 people.

Who LawServa Is For

LawServa is built around how a Malaysian practice actually runs: Malaysian matter numbering, NRIC and SSM identity checks, the SRO 2023 scale fee for conveyancing, SST on fees, LHDN MyInvois e-invoicing, and a client account kept separately from office money. Each person sees only the screens their role allows, so an accounts clerk and a litigation partner see different menus.

Note

LawServa describes and records your work. It does not give legal advice, and anything AI Lawyer drafts is marked as not checked by a lawyer until a person reviews it.

Signing In

  1. Open lawserva.com/app in your browser.
  2. Enter your Email and Password.
  3. Press Sign In.
  4. If this is your first sign in, you may be asked to set a new password before you continue.

To change your password later, open the account menu at the top right and choose Change Password. To leave, choose Sign Out from the same menu.

How the Menu Is Organised

The left rail groups the screens by job. Some rows have tabs along the top of the screen for closely related work.

GroupScreensWhat It Is For

A row appears only if your role has permission to use it. If you expect a screen and cannot see it, ask your firm manager to check your access.

The Account Menu

The account menu at the top right holds Firm Owner Console (for subscription owners only), Bug Reports, Feature Requests, Change Password and Sign Out. A small number beside Bug Reports or Feature Requests means LawServa is waiting for your answer on something you filed.

Ask AI Lawyer

The Ask AI Lawyer button sits at the bottom of every firm screen when your firm has the assistant switched on. It opens a conversation that answers from your firm's records, under your own permissions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where Do I Sign In to LawServa?

Sign in at https://lawserva.com/app/ with the email and password your firm manager set up for you.

Why Can I Not See Some Menu Items?

LawServa shows only the screens your role is allowed to use. Your firm manager controls this under Firm Management.

Can Other Law Firms See Our Data?

No. Each firm's records are kept to that firm, and within a firm individual matters can be walled off from staff who should not see them.
