Printers in Snooker King let you print receipts, invoices, kitchen and bar orders, shift reports and slips on thermal (ESC/POS) receipt printers or on any printer through the normal system print dialog. Thermal printing runs through the VYROX POS Printer Connector, a small helper installed on the counter computer, and a print queue lets jobs sent from phones and tablets print at the counter. It is used by owners and managers who set up the counter, and by cashiers who need to reprint or clear stuck jobs.

ESC/POS printers need two things on the counter computer: the connector app and the browser extension. The Printers tab shows a status card so you can check this without asking anyone.

The Auto Print settings in the Document Designer print documents without anyone pressing Print:

The Document Designer also has a Test Print button for the logo and receipt layout. Receipt layout itself is covered in Invoices, Receipts and Refunds.
When staff print from a phone or tablet, the job goes into the print queue. The counter computer that has Snooker King open collects waiting jobs every few seconds and prints them through the connector, so a kitchen ticket ordered on a tablet still prints at the counter.
To check or clear the queue from the owner app:
When the queue is empty you see Queue empty - all jobs printed.
Check the status card in Settings > Printers. If the connector is not detected, install or repair it, add the browser extension and restart the browser. Then press Test on the printer.
Yes. Use Connector for Mac with the browser extension in Chrome, Edge or Brave. Safari cannot drive a receipt printer directly.
Set the Printer on the drinks category in Settings > Point of Sale. Orders for items in that category print there.
It is the width of the paper roll. Choose the size that matches your printer so the receipt layout fits.
The counter computer collects them. Make sure it is switched on with Snooker King open and the connector running, then press Retry on any failed job.
