AI Chat Assistant and Center Chat
VYROX Wiki · Updated 23 September 2026 · https://www.vyrox.com/wiki/snookerking-ai-chat-and-center-chat
Snooker King has two chat tools. Snooker King AI is an in-app assistant that answers questions about using Snooker King, such as how to settle a bill or where to find a report, and helps you raise a bug report or feature request when something is wrong or missing. Messenger is the centre chat window where staff read announcements, talk in the centre group chat and follow game chat rooms. Both are used by owners, managers and front-desk staff at snooker and billiard centres.
Before You Start
You need a staff, owner or organisation login at https://snookerking.com/app/ The assistant is not offered to member accounts.
The assistant answers questions for the centre you are working in, so pick the right centre first.
Messenger appears only on the Operations page, only after you select a centre, and only when the centre group chat is switched on for that centre.
Asking Snooker King AI
Open your name menu at the top right of the screen.
Press Ask Snooker King AI.
The panel opens with a greeting and a few sample questions, such as "How do I set up happy hour rates?". Press a sample or type your own question in the box.
Press Enter or the Send button. Use Shift and Enter for a new line.
Wait for the reply. You can ask one question at a time; a new question can be sent once the current answer arrives.
The status next to the title shows Online or Offline. When the assistant is offline you can still ask. Your question is saved and answered as soon as it is back.
Attaching Screenshots and PDFs
A screenshot often makes a question much clearer.
Press the attach button (Attach a Picture or a PDF) beside the message box, or drag a file onto the panel.
Wait for the file to finish adding before you send.
To drop a file you added by mistake, press Remove on its chip.

Reporting a Bug or Requesting a Feature from the Chat
When the assistant decides that your question describes a genuine fault, or something the system cannot do yet, it shows a card in the chat: This looks like a fault worth reporting or This is not something the system can do yet.
Press Add Screenshot and Report This Bug or Add Screenshot and Request This Feature on the card.
The normal bug report or feature request form opens, already filled in from your chat.
Attach a screenshot so the team can see exactly what you mean, check the wording and submit.
The card then shows the report number, for example "Bug report #123 has been sent".
Switching On the Centre Group Chat
Open Settings and choose the System tab.
Under Group Chat, tick Enable Center Group Chat.
Save the settings.
When it is on, the Messenger button (a chat bubble icon) appears in the top bar on the Operations page for that centre, and members can chat in the centre group chat on the mobile app. Untick it to hide the group chat.

Press the Messenger chat bubble icon in the top bar.
The window shows your conversations on the left. Type in Search conversations to filter them.
