Tenant Accounts

The Tenant Accounts module is intended as a register of tenancy agreements for a strata property: which unit, room or parking lot is let, to whom, from when to when, and where the signed agreement is filed. Please read the feature list below carefully before you buy on this page. Tenant Accounts is an early-stage module. Module licensing and the resident app tile are in place, and a Rentals list and a New Tenancy Agreement form exist in the management console, but the form does not yet write a tenancy to the database, so the list is empty on every property. The resident app tile is not wired to a screen either. Just as importantly, this module does not do rental accounting. It has no rent invoicing, no billing cycles, no rent escalation, no deposits, no late payment interest, no handover or move-out workflow and no occupancy reporting. Nothing on this page should be read as a promise that it does. What does work today, and works well, sits in other modules. A tenant can hold a real app account under the Master Tenant role, with household members added as Tenant sub-users: see the Customer Accounts and Sub-User Accounts modules. Billing an occupant, collecting payment and issuing receipts and statements is the E-Invoicing module. Access cards, face recognition and vehicle plate access for an occupant are granted and revoked in the access control modules.
