Each item carries a rate build-up, a remark and quantity workings that link back to the drawing note they came from. Every item is only as confident as its weakest input.

No. People approve every step. The AI reads, measures, judges prices and drafts, but it never sends anything on its own. RFQs are written as Word and Excel files for your team to send, and changes from /update-bid are applied only after a person replies to the plan.

How does AiTenderBid price a Bill of Quantities?

Each BQ item gets a material, labour and plant rate build-up, a remark and a confidence score: green at 75 and above, amber from 50 to 74, red below 50. The AI does an independent take-off and raises a commercial issue where its quantity differs from the BQ by more than 5%. The server, not the AI, does all arithmetic.
