Payment clears, the drum unlocks, and the ring starts counting
A resident scans the QR taped to the door and lands on that exact machine, not on a list. The drum stays shut until the money clears, and then it opens for the resident who paid and for nobody else. The countdown runs where the whole room can read it, and the moment it closes the app tells the owner of that load to come and empty it.
