Property QR Code
The Property QR Code module gives a management office a single printable QR code for the property, so a new owner or tenant can join the resident app by scanning a code on a notice or welcome pack instead of being talked through a property code at the counter. It is aimed at management offices handling regular move-ins and at developers handing over a new block of units, where onboarding dozens of residents by hand is the bottleneck. The module does one thing and does it reliably: it produces the property's onboarding code at the highest error-correction level so printed copies keep working. Visitor passes, invoice payment, amenity booking, delivery lockers and access point scanning each have their own QR codes, issued by their own modules and listed below.

A resident should never be asked to type a property code. Pick what the code is for, watch the sheet come off the press, then scan it and see exactly where it puts the person holding the phone.

Everything included, in one place.
- Each property gets its own onboarding QR code, generated by the system and displayed in the management console for printing or on-screen display
- The code carries the property portal address, so a resident who scans it lands on the right property without anyone typing a property code
- Rendered at the highest QR error-correction level, so a scuffed or partly obscured printout still scans
- Displayed at a clean 256 by 256 pixels, suitable for printing on notices, welcome packs and counter standees
- Available to management and staff accounts, and gated by the Property QR Code module licence like every other module
- A matching Property QR Code tile appears in the resident app for properties that have the module switched on
- Please note: this module produces the property onboarding code. It does not generate visitor, invoice, amenity or locker codes, and it does not keep a scan log
- Visitor pass QR codes, including their valid-from and valid-until window, are issued by the Visitor Management module
- Encrypted per-document payment QR codes are issued by the Invoicing and E-Invoicing modules
- Amenity and laundry machine QR codes are issued by the Self-Service Laundry and Facility Booking modules
- Delivery locker codes are issued by the Delivery Lockers module
- Access point QR scanning, together with the granted and denied result for every scan, is handled by the Card Access and Integrated Smart Access modules
