Meeting Minutes

Meeting Minutes is the library the management office uses to keep the signed record of every meeting in one place: management committee meetings, annual general meetings, extraordinary general meetings and sub-committee meetings. A staff member gives the minutes a title and a short summary, attaches one PDF, JPG or PNG, and it joins a numbered list that records who uploaded it and when. The list is searchable by title, pages at whatever record count you prefer, exports to PDF or Excel, and prints for the audit file. Read the feature list below carefully before you buy on this page. This module is a library and nothing more: it does not generate, transcribe or summarise minutes, and it does not track action items, decisions, resolutions, attendance or approvals. It also has no resident app screen, so the library is read in the management console. Committee positions and terms are handled by the separate Management Committee module, and financial papers by the separate Management Accounts module. There is no online voting, nomination or ballot feature anywhere in the system.
