Main-User Accounts
The Main-User Accounts app gives each property one master account, with the primary contact and person in charge recorded on it. From that account, the owner sets how many sub-users they can add, approves sub-user applications, and manages access privileges for lifts, doors, barriers and facilities. It also carries the account's financial side: statements, invoices, receipts and outstanding balances, with automatic suspension and restoration tied to payment status. Every sign-in, change and access event is logged, and reports export to PDF, CSV or Excel.
Outstanding RM 1,842.60, overdue 96 days. Suspension blocks facilities for the main user and every sub-user at once. The lift home and the unit door stay open, because nobody gets locked out of where they live.
