Contractor Service Permits
Contractor Service Permits handles how owners, tenants and management request and approve property service work, from simple repairs to major renovations and installations. Users apply for a permit, set the deposit amount for the job, and upload the signed agreement, all in one request. The permit integrates with visitor management, so contractors get an access card or visitor pass that is valid only for the service or renovation period.

Passes are not typed into the visitor system by hand. They come off this permit, they carry its working hours, and they carry its expiry date. Issued passes print as the tear-off stubs at the foot of this permit.

One permit, one switch. Whatever happens to the permit happens to every credential under it at the same second.
Out-of-hours attempts at the service gate are flagged to the guardhouse and reported. Contractor hours on site are counted from real gate entry and exit events, not from what the crew writes down.

No deposit is released before an inspection is recorded against the permit, with photos and notes.
