Members in Snooker King are your registered customers. Each member has a profile, an optional RFID card and face record for fast identification, and balances of credit, reward points, tokens and stamps. Membership plans decide what a member pays to join, how long the membership lasts, what starting credit or points they receive and what discount they get. It is used by front-desk staff to register and identify customers, and by managers to design plans.

The Membership Plans list shows each plan's Fee, Validity, Base Credit, Bonus Credit, Points and Member Count, with View, Edit and Delete actions. One plan can be marked Default.
The discount applies automatically when the member is attached to a bill.
On the Memberships page, press Join Member QR to open the Membership QR Code Designer. It prints a "Scan to join" poster for a plan in A4, A5 or Mobile size, in Modern or Premium style. Customers scan it to sign up.
The member window has sections for General, Identity, Card, Face, Credit, Points, Tokens, Stamps and Invoices, plus the member's booking history.

Use the date filter (Today through All Time) to narrow each history list.
If a member was signed up on the wrong plan, use Correct Plan. Choose the Plan They Should Be On, optionally a Corrected Expiry Date (Optional), enter the Reason for the Correction and press Confirm.
Members use the portal on their phone. The bottom bar has Centers, Apps, Activity, Social and Me. They can see Upcoming Bookings, show My Member ID, Top Up credit, see My Discounts, and review history filtered by Credits, Points, Stamps, Discounts and Games.
A validity of 0 days makes the membership lifetime. Expiry fields of 0 mean that balance never expires.
Yes. One person can hold accounts with several organisations, and each organisation keeps its own balances.
Open the member, go to Card, remove the lost card and register the new one.
Yes. Add a membership discount to their plan. It applies to the bill when the member is attached.
