Snooker King · Snooker King: Complete Operator Manual
Vouchers in Snooker King let any member create a discount voucher campaign for their own business, issue up to 5,000 unique codes with QR codes, share a public voucher page or embed it on a website, and mark vouchers used by scanning them at the counter. Customers claim vouchers with a free member account and keep them under My Vouchers. It is used by club owners and other businesses running promotions, and by customers collecting and using offers.
Vouchers are separate from the centre's coupon codes. They are not linked to invoices, the till or member credit: a voucher is a promise between your business and your customer, and the app records who claimed it and when it was used. For till discounts, use campaigns and coupon codes in Member Credit, Points, Stamps and Coupons.

The public page also has Report This Voucher for anyone who thinks an offer is a scam, misleading, offensive or was not honoured.
Only the member who created the campaign can mark its vouchers used.
If you mark a voucher by mistake, press Undo beside that use.
Each campaign shows its status and counts: Claimed, Handed Out, Left to Claim, Times Used, Fully Used, Page Views, Partner Views and Partner Clicks. It has three tabs:
| Action | What It Does |
|---|---|
| Hand Out Printed Codes | Sets up to 500 unclaimed codes aside and opens a print view, one voucher with its own code and QR per row. These codes can no longer be claimed online and are redeemed the same way |
| Download Code List | Downloads every code, holder and use as a spreadsheet |
| Pause Claiming | Stops new claims for now. Claimed vouchers still work. Resume Claiming opens it again |
| End Campaign | Stops claims and uses for good |
| Delete Campaign | Removes the campaign and its page. This cannot be undone |
If a campaign is reported and breaks the voucher rules, Snooker King can suspend it. A suspended campaign shows Suspended by the Platform with the reason; its page goes offline and its vouchers cannot be claimed or used, and it cannot be changed or deleted while it is under review.
No. Coupon codes belong to your centre's campaigns and apply a discount at the till. Vouchers are created by members in the member portal and are marked used by the business that created them.
Yes. Use Hand Out Printed Codes to set codes aside and print them. Each printed voucher has its own code and QR code, and you scan it to redeem like any other voucher.
Once a voucher has been claimed, the offer is locked so customers get what they claimed. You can still change the design, dates, terms and business details.
Nobody can claim the voucher until you press Resume Claiming. Vouchers already claimed still work.
Only if you set Uses per Code above 1. The Redeem Voucher window always shows how many uses are left.
