PlanTask88 is a mobile app from VYROX that lets a field team plan site visits, check in and out of each job with GPS and photo proof, and report the hours worked per employee. It is used by service companies whose technicians work at customer sites, such as ELV, security, maintenance and installation contractors, and by the supervisors and managers who schedule and check that work.

What PlanTask88 Does

Plans schedule the work for a date: which projects (sites) to visit and which system types and task types are expected at each one.
Tasks are the actual visits. A technician starts a task on site and marks it completed when the job is done. PlanTask88 records the time, the GPS position and the distance from the project at both ends.
Geofence checks compare the technician's position with the project's location. Outside the allowed radius, a proof photo is required.
Reports total the tasks, hours and on-site compliance for any period, per employee.
Settings hold the project list with map coordinates, the system types and task types, user accounts and the geofence rules.

Who Uses It

Role	What They Can Do
Employee	Create their own plans, start and complete their own tasks, see their own task list and report, add or edit projects, change their own password.
Admin	Everything an employee can do, plus see all plans and all tasks, filter tasks by employee and date, edit or delete any task, manage users, system types, task types, the Google Maps key and the allowed distance.

A new account created from the sign-in screen is always an Employee. An admin can promote a user to Admin in Settings > Admins & Employees.

How to Open PlanTask88

PlanTask88 runs in your phone's web browser at the address VYROX gives you. It is designed for phones. On a computer it shows as a phone-width column in the middle of the screen.

Open the address in Chrome (Android) or Safari (iPhone).
Sign in with your email and password. See Sign In and Your Account.
For quicker access, add it to your home screen. In Chrome use Add to Home Screen or Install App from the browser menu; in Safari use Share > Add to Home Screen. It then opens full screen like a normal app.

The Screen Layout

Along the bottom are five tabs:

Tab	What It Shows
Dashboard	Today's counts, your task in progress with a live timer, and (for admins) the team's tasks in progress.
Plans	Plans grouped by date, with Today, Upcoming and Past filters.
Tasks	Your task records (all records for admins), with status filters.
Reports	Totals, total time and employee performance for a chosen period.
Me	Your profile, Change password and Sign out.

The gear button at the top right opens Settings. Forms and detail pages open as full pages with a back arrow at the top left; press the back arrow to return.

Typical Day

A supervisor (or the technician) creates a plan for the day in Plans, listing the projects and the work expected.
On arrival at the site the technician presses Start Task, picks the project and work type, and PlanTask88 checks the GPS distance.
When the job is done the technician presses Mark Completed, adds a photo or note if needed, and the task closes with its duration.
At month end the manager opens Reports to see tasks, hours and on-site compliance per employee.

Do I Need to Install Anything?

No. PlanTask88 runs in the phone's browser. Adding it to the home screen is optional and makes it open like an app.

Can I Use PlanTask88 on a Computer?

Yes, but it is laid out for phones. On a computer it appears as a narrow phone-sized column. GPS checks are more accurate on a phone.

Who Can See My Tasks?

You and the admins of your PlanTask88. Employees only see their own tasks and the plans they created.
