InstaClaim is a VYROX web app that turns photos of receipts and invoices into a ready-to-submit employee reimbursement claim: VYROX AI reads the merchant, date and amount on each receipt and suggests a GL code, you check the figures, and InstaClaim produces an A4 PDF claim form with the receipt images plus an Excel breakdown that you share or download. Its tagline is "Snap & done, that's all". It is used by staff who claim business expenses and by the finance team that processes them.

Standalone InstaClaim and InstaClaim in AISERVA

There are two versions of InstaClaim. This manual covers the standalone app. If your company runs InstaClaim inside AISERVA, read InstaClaim Expense Claims instead.

What InstaClaim Does

  • Capture receipts with the phone camera, a computer webcam, or by uploading saved image files on a computer.
  • Crop each receipt so only the slip is kept.
  • Analyse all receipts in one go with VYROX AI.
  • Review and correct every line, and add lines the AI missed.
  • Generate an A4 PDF claim form (receipt details, expense summary by GL account, signature and approval lines, and the receipt images) and an Excel file.
  • Share or download both files to send to your finance team.
  • Claim Records and GL Summary show saved claims and totals per GL code.

How to Open InstaClaim

InstaClaim runs in the web browser at the address VYROX gives you. It works on phones and on computers.

  1. Open the address in Chrome, Safari or Edge.
  2. A splash screen shows InstaClaim and then the main screen.
  3. On a phone, add it to your home screen for an app-like icon: in Chrome use Install App or Add to Home Screen from the browser menu; in Safari use Share > Add to Home Screen.

Tip

Allow camera access when the browser asks. On a computer without a camera, use Upload Invoice / Receipt Images instead.

The Main Screen

  • The top bar has two icons: the document icon (Claim Records) and the gear icon (GL Code Settings).
  • The receipts panel shows Upload a receipt to begin or a count such as 3 Receipts Uploaded, with a + box to capture a receipt and a thumbnail for each receipt.
  • Upload Invoice / Receipt Images appears on computers only.
  • Analyze Receipts starts the claim once at least one receipt is added.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I Need an Account?

No. The standalone InstaClaim has no sign-in. Your claim details are remembered on your own device.

Does InstaClaim Submit the Claim to Finance for Me?

No. It creates the PDF and Excel files. You send them to finance yourself with Share or Download.

Is It the Same as InstaClaim in AISERVA?

The screens are similar, but the steps, the AI and the delivery differ. See the comparison table above.
