The Digital Twin in VYROX Quarry (AIKuari) is a 3D model of a batch asphalt plant with each reading shown where it happens. A Process view shows material flow and each machine's state, a Heat view colours every machine by temperature from 30 °C to 190 °C, and a time scrubber replays the day's stored readings. Plant managers and process engineers use it to see where heat and fuel are going.
In the demo, open Digital Twin from the Overview group. The Digital Twin · Plant A1 card shows a heat image of the plant and spot readings, and the Open the Digital Twin Page button opens the full page on aikuari.com/twin.php.
The viewer has two view buttons.
