VYROX xSERVA Campus Operations · HomeServa, PropServa, SmartServa and SportServa: Campus Operations Manual
Delivery Lockers in the VYROX xSERVA campus operations family (HomeServa, PropServa, SmartServa and SportServa) lets couriers and food delivery riders drop parcels into smart locker compartments at your property, and notifies the resident with a pick-up code so they can collect any time without the guard house holding the parcel. It is used by building managers who install and configure the lockers, front-desk and security staff who track deliveries, and the riders and residents who drop off and pick up.
Each locker bank is one device with a controller and a number of compartment doors.
To change a device later, open its row menu, press Edit, change the settings and press Update. The device list shows the Serial No., Label and Doors for each locker bank.
These tick boxes decide what a rider must enter before a door opens.
| Option | What It Does |
|---|---|
| Door No. | Rider chooses the compartment door number |
| Property No. | Rider enters the unit the parcel is for |
| Customer Name | Rider enters the recipient's name |
| Customer Mobile No. | Rider enters the recipient's mobile number. If it matches a user in the system, a notification email with the pick-up code goes to their registered email address; otherwise an SMS is sent, with a fee applied |
| Enable WhatsApp Button | Lets the rider send the customer a pre-written WhatsApp message with the pick-up code |
| Customer Email Address | Rider enters an email address; a notification email with the pick-up code is sent to it |
| Rider / Driver Mobile No. | Rider enters their own mobile number, so staff can contact them later |
The delivery app is a mobile page for riders. Staff open it from the Delivery Lockers page.
When a resident collects, the app tells them the door has opened and shows Pick-up Done! once they close it.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | The parcel is in the locker and has not been collected |
| Done | The parcel has been collected |
| Deleted | The record has been removed |
The management portal does not have a separate parcel register for parcels held at the guard house. If your property does not have smart lockers, record parcel handovers the way your security team normally logs deliveries. For guard duties, see the Security Guard Guide.
Lost and Found is a separate module that your operator switches on per property. When it is on, a Lost and Found tile appears on the staff home screen and a Lost and Found function appears in the app. What the page shows depends on your edition and version; if you are unsure how your property uses it, ask your operator.
All compartments are occupied by parcels that have not been collected, or the locker is offline. Check the Delivery Lockers list for old Pending parcels and remind those residents to collect.
An SMS is only sent when the mobile number does not match a registered user, and a fee applies to that SMS; ask your operator how it is charged. Registered users receive the pick-up code by email instead.
Yes. Press New Delivery on the Delivery Lockers page to open the delivery app, then follow the same steps as a rider.
Edit the device under Settings > AIoT Devices > Delivery Lockers and change the Number of Doors, after your installer has added the hardware.
Press the Lost and Found tile. If it is not on your home screen, the module is not switched on for your property.
