Social, Marketing and the Voucher Network Embed

VYROX Wiki · Updated 23 September 2026 · https://www.vyrox.com/wiki/snookerking-social-marketing-and-voucher-embed

The Voucher Network in Snooker King is a Partner Network that shows live member vouchers on partner websites as one rotating line, so your offer can reach people who have never visited your club. Alongside it, the Snooker King platform runs its own marketing measurement (Meta Pixel) and moderates the social features members use. This guide explains what these features do for club owners, members and businesses that run voucher campaigns, and what you can see and control from your side.

Before You Start

  • The Partner Network placements, the Meta Pixel and the social moderation tools are run by the Snooker King platform team, not by each club. You do not need to set anything up to take part.
  • To appear in the Partner Network you need a voucher campaign. See Member Vouchers to create one.

What the Partner Network Shows

Each partner website shows one line at a time. The line moves to the next voucher every few seconds, in a shuffled order, and does not repeat a voucher until every voucher has been shown. It pauses while a visitor hovers over it or focuses it, and it does not animate for visitors who have asked their device for reduced motion.

Depending on how the placement is set up, a line can show:

PartWhat It ShowsExample
LabelA short tag at the start of the lineMember Deal
Business NameThe business named on the voucherCue Masters Club
DiscountThe discount on the voucherRM 10 Off
TitleThe voucher titleWeekday Table Special
Promotion LineThe one sentence you wrote in Promotion LineSave on any table booking, Monday to Thursday
Call to ActionThe button text at the end of the lineClaim Voucher

A visitor who clicks the line lands on that voucher's public page, where they can claim it with a free member account.

Tip

Write a clear, short Promotion Line when you create your voucher. It is the sentence partner sites can show, as well as the line used on the voucher, its page and your own website embed.

Which Vouchers Are Included

A voucher appears in the Partner Network only while all of the following are true:

  • The campaign is active and has started, and its end date has not passed.
  • It still has codes left to claim.
  • It has not been suspended by the platform.
  • It has not been hidden from the network by the platform team.

A placement can also be limited to one kind of discount, for example fixed amount vouchers only or percentage vouchers only. When no voucher qualifies, the partner site shows nothing.

Checking Your Partner Views and Clicks

  1. Open the member portal and go to your voucher campaigns. See Member Vouchers.
  2. Open the campaign.
  3. Read Partner Views and Partner Clicks in the stats row, next to Claimed, Handed Out, Left to Claim, Times Used, Fully Used and Page Views.
StatWhat It Means
Partner ViewsHow many times partner websites showed this voucher to a visitor.
Partner ClicksHow many times a visitor opened this voucher from a partner website.
Page ViewsViews of your voucher page from every source, including your own links.

Counting is anonymous. A voucher is counted as viewed once per page view on the partner site. No cookies are set and nothing personal about the visitor is stored.

Note

The Partner Network is separate from Share and Embed on your campaign. Share and Embed puts only your own voucher on your own website. The Partner Network rotates many members' vouchers on partner websites chosen by the platform.

Meta Pixel Marketing Measurement

Snooker King can report visits and sign-ups to Meta (Facebook and Instagram) so the platform can measure its own advertising. Key points for clubs:

  • It is set per brand website, not per club. There is no club-level pixel, so you cannot add your own pixel ID inside Snooker King.
  • Every part of it is off by default and is switched on deliberately, one area at a time, by the platform team.
  • The areas it can cover are the Login & Registration Pages, Member Portal, Guest Ordering Pages, Public Share Pages, FoodServa Marketing Site, Client Portal, Staff Back Office and Sales Agent Portal. The Staff Back Office stays off unless there is a specific reason, because till activity is operational data, not marketing data.
  • Where visitor consent is required, nothing is sent to Meta until the visitor agrees, and it stops if they withdraw.

Social Features and Moderation

Members use social features such as open social games, chat rooms and announcements. The platform team uses its own console to keep these healthy: it can see game, chat and announcement totals, view a game and its players, cancel an open game with a reason, remove a chat message that breaks the rules, and publish announcements. For club-to-customer messaging inside your centre, see AI Chat Assistant and Center Chat.

Frequently Asked Questions

How Do I Get My Voucher Onto Partner Websites?

Create a voucher campaign and keep it active with codes left to claim. Qualifying vouchers join the rotation automatically; there is nothing to switch on.

Why Does My Voucher Show Zero Partner Views?

The voucher may not have started yet, may have ended or run out of codes, or may have been hidden or suspended by the platform. It can also simply not have come up in the rotation yet.

Can I Put My Own Meta Pixel on My Club Pages?

No. Snooker King has no club-level pixel. The pixel belongs to the platform's brand websites and is managed by the platform team.

Do Partner Websites Collect My Customers' Details?

No. The line runs in its own frame, sets no cookies and stores nothing personal. Customers only share details when they choose to claim a voucher on its page.
