Member Credit, Points, Stamps and Coupons

VYROX Wiki · Updated 23 September 2026 · https://www.vyrox.com/wiki/snookerking-credits-points-and-coupons

Loyalty in Snooker King covers four tools that bring customers back: prepaid member credit (top-ups, often with bonus credit), reward points earned on spending, a stamp card for visits and redemptions, and discount campaigns with coupon codes. Balances live on each member's profile and can be spent at checkout. It is used by managers who design promotions and by cashiers who sell top-ups and redeem rewards.

Before You Start

  • Managers need access to the Credit Packages and Loyalty settings tabs (under Setting Permissions on their employee record) and to the Campaigns page.
  • Customers must be registered members to hold balances. See Members and Membership Plans.

Member Credit

Member credit is prepaid money on a member's account. It has two parts: base credit (money the member paid) and bonus credit (free credit you give as an incentive). Each can have its own expiry.

Turning On Credit

  1. Open Settings > Credit Packages.
  2. Tick Enable Credit System.
  3. Optionally set a Low Credit Warning and Minimum Credit Threshold.

Creating a Credit Package

  1. In Settings > Credit Packages, press Add Credit Package. The Add Credit Package window opens.
  2. Choose the Pricing Mode: Fixed (one price for a set amount of credit) or By Ratio (the customer chooses an amount within a Price Range).
  3. Enter the Package Name, for example "Top Up RM100", and the Price.
  4. Enter the Base Credits and Base Credits Expiry (Days).
  5. Enter the Bonus % or Bonus Credits and Bonus Credits Expiry (Days).
  6. Choose the Tax Treatment (Tax Added on Top (Exclusive) or Price Includes Tax (Inclusive)), Tax (%) and Service Charge (%), set Status to Active and press Save.

Selling a Top-Up

  1. Open the member and start a top-up. Select Credit Package to TopUp lists your packages.
  2. Choose the package (or enter the amount for range packages) and an optional promo code.
  3. Take payment. Purchase Successful! confirms the new balance.

Members can also press Top Up in the member portal.

Spending Credit

At checkout choose Credits as the payment method, or start a Member Credit countdown game. The member's Credit history shows Topup, Topup Spent, Balance and Served By for every movement. Managers can correct a balance with Add Adjustment.

Warning

Top-ups are real money held for the customer. Only adjust a credit balance with a clear reason, and check your refund policy before returning base credit.

Reward Points

  1. Open Settings > Loyalty and go to Reward Points.
  2. Tick Activate Reward Points.
  3. Set the Points Earning Rate, Points Expiry Period, Points Redemption Rate, Minimum Points for Redemption and Maximum Points per Transaction.
  4. Choose the Eligible Membership Plans.
  5. Under Credit Display Settings, choose whether to Show Credit Balance to Customers and Show Points Balance to Customers.

To earn more points at certain times, use Add Points Earning Rate and choose when it applies: Center Default (All Times), weekdays, weekends, a single day, Public Holidays or Holiday Eves, with From Time and To Time.

At checkout choose Points and enter the Points to Use.

Stamp Card

  1. In Settings > Loyalty, open Stamp Card.
  2. Tick Enable Stamp Card and choose the Eligible Membership Plans.
  3. Set a Limit Mode to stop abuse: No Limit, Per Day (resets at center midnight) or Per X Hours (rolling), with Max Stamps per Period and Hours per Period. Press Save Stamp Limit.
  4. Set the Basic Stamps Cost on each item that members can redeem.

Staff add stamps with Add Stamp and redeem with Redeem Reward in the member's Stamps section, or choose Stamps as the method in the POS. A Redemption Slip is printed.

Campaigns and Coupon Codes

  1. Go to Campaigns in the top navigation and press Create New Campaign.
  2. Enter the Campaign Name, choose the Available Centers and Transaction Type.
  3. Choose the eligible audiences, and optionally Specific Members (optional).
  4. Set the Start Date and Expiry Date (leave blank to start now or never expire).
  5. Under Coupon Discount Rules, choose Discount Type (Percentage or Fixed Amount), Minimum Spend Amount and Maximum Discount Limit.
  6. Set Max Claims per Customer and Max Redemptions per Coupon.
  7. Under Coupon Codes, enter a Coupon Code such as SAVE10, or a Coupon Code Prefix (Optional) with Total Vouchers to Generate.
  8. Press Confirm Create.

Open the campaign later to Generate More codes, Remove Unused codes, and see Redemption Records (customer, invoice number, discount and date).

Coupon Auto-Fill sets which promotions staff may offer at the till and which campaign codes are drawn from.
