GuluStock and AutoServa · GuluStock and AutoServa: User Guide
The Trades page in GuluStock shows the simulated (paper) trades the system opens and manages for Bursa Malaysia stocks, from orders waiting on their trigger through open positions to closed trades with their costs and results. It is used to follow, in real time and without risking money, how GuluStock's rules would enter and exit positions.
Your account must include the Trades page (new client accounts do by default). Select Trades in the left sidebar. All times on the page are Kuala Lumpur time, and orders fill only while the market is open.
The stop on an open position only ever rises. It starts at the initial stop, moves up to the entry price once the trade has gained one unit of risk (+1R), and then trails 1.5R below the highest session close.
The Action Plan is at the top of the page because it is the live part. A strip of account figures sits above five lanes. Press a lane to switch to it; the number beside each lane is its row count.
| Figure | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Account | The paper account's starting capital, one pool shared by every paper trade |
| Deployed | How much is in open positions |
| Cash | What is not deployed |
| Open P&L | Profit or loss on positions still held |
| All-time P&L | Realised profit on every closed trade plus open P&L, net of the full broker round trip |
| Today's P&L | Today's closed trades plus how held positions moved since the previous close |
| Risk if Every Stop Fills | The net loss if every open stop were hit |
| Today's Activity | How many fills and exits happened in today's session |
Below the strip, lines such as Nearest Exit and Largest Sector summarise the open book. Live prices flash briefly when they change.
| Lane | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Act Now | Positions that need a decision: the live price has reached a stop, target or time limit, or a later scan now grades the stock stage 3 or 4, so the trend it was bought in has ended. The exit is carried out at the next real price. |
| Holding | Open paper positions, with Last, Stop, To Stop, Open P&L and the Stop Ladder |
| Entering | Working orders that are queued and waiting for a real price, and names waiting on their trigger. When automatic booking of the scan's own levels is off, this lane is named Watching and lists the watchlist names near their trigger for context only. |
| Done Today | What actually executed in today's session, newest first. Each row is checked against the real Bursa session times, and a trade stamped outside them is flagged off-session. |
| Stood Down | Names that did not trade in the last two sessions: withdrawn when the plan was built because the book already carried that bet, refused at fill time because the price no longer matched the plan, or expired because the window closed with no fill |
Press Columns on the lane row to choose which columns each lane shows and in what order. One setting applies to every lane and is saved in your browser.
The Strategy Book is the forward record of trades opened only by strategies that passed validation. It shows the number of closed trades behind every figure, so you can judge how much evidence there is. Figures include Strategy Book Equity, Win Rate, Avg Win, Avg Loss, Best Trade, Worst Trade, Expectancy, Profit Factor and Costs Paid (brokerage, clearing, stamp duty and slippage), plus a Realized Equity Curve.
The Closed Trades table lists each finished trade with its stock, strategy and setup, Entry MYT, Exit MYT, how long it was Held, Qty, the In and Out prices, the Move, Net P&L and the Reason for the exit. Summaries appear By Strategy and By Exit Reason. Execution Fidelity compares what was planned with what actually executed.
No. GuluStock is not a broker. It only simulates trades for research and learning.
If the opening price is outside the allowed gap from the plan, GuluStock cancels the order instead of chasing the price.
Before the open, the last price is the previous close, so it cannot show whether an order will fill. It updates once trading starts.
When automatic booking of the scan's own levels is switched off, only the admitted strategy opens positions. The lane then lists watchlist names near their trigger as context, and none of them will be bought from that list.
No. A paper position closes on its own stop, target, trailing stop or time limit, or when a later scan moves the stock to stage 3 or 4 and it appears under Act Now.
