Reports in VYROX Quarry (AIKuari) turn the same sensor data the engineers use into a daily operations report, an environmental report and an ESG report against Bursa Malaysia indicators, with CSV export. Ask AI (shown in the sidebar as Ask a Question) answers ten kinds of plain questions from your own plant data and shows how each answer was worked out. Owners, managers and sustainability staff use both.

Note

This guide is based on the AIKuari (VYROX Quarry) demo, which runs on sample data for a fictional company, Demo Quarry Sdn Bhd. Every figure shown is a sample value, not a measured result or a guarantee. Screens, labels, limits and menus may differ in a live deployment, depending on how VYROX sets up your sites and your role.

Reports

Open Reports from the Insight group, or press Open the Daily Report on Group View.

Daily Operations Report

The Daily Operations Report card lists today's Aggregate Produced, Asphalt Produced, Crushing Energy, Asphalt Fuel, Stops, Alarms Raised and Camera Detections Confirmed. Below it are three buttons:

  • Export CSV exports the data to CSV.
  • Environmental Report covers dust, noise and water against the standards.
  • ESG Report covers the ESG indicators.

In the online demo these buttons do not download a file.

ESG, This Month

The ESG, This Month card lists each Indicator with its Value and Basis: CO₂ Scope 1, CO₂ Scope 2, dust exceedances (24 h) against MAAQS 2020, blasts over the limit, near misses and lost-time injuries.

Ask AI

  1. Open Ask a Question from the Insight group, or press Ask a Question on Group View.
  2. Press one of the question buttons.
  3. Read the answer: a sentence, a small table, How This Was Worked Out, and a link to the page behind it.

The What It Can Answer card lists the topics Ask AI covers. The ten example questions in the product are:

Note

Ask AI answers only for the sites you can see, uses no outside AI service for questions, and answers in English. For anything outside these kinds of question, open the module or the report.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are Reports Built From the Same Data as the Screens?

Yes. Reports use the same readings the engineers see.

Can I Ask in Bahasa Malaysia?
