VYROX AI Doctor is a private report-analysis assistant that reads your lab and test reports (PDF, image, Word, text or CSV) and returns a structured, pathologist-style explanation of the results, measured against Malaysian reference standards. It is used by individuals who want to understand their own reports, and it is part of the VYROX AI family of profession co-pilots described at VYROX AI Solutions.

AI Doctor is decision-support software. It does not replace a doctor, it does not diagnose, and it does not prescribe. Always discuss your results with a registered medical practitioner. If AI Doctor flags a critical value, seek medical care promptly rather than waiting for the software.

How AI Doctor Handles Your Files

The web server only stores your files and queues a processing job. A dedicated local AI worker picks up the job, reads the report, writes the analysis back into your chat, and wipes its working copy of your files when the job finishes. You can read this pipeline inside the app by pressing How it works at the top of the chat.

  • A PDF is turned into one image per page inside your own browser, and the original PDF and the page images are uploaded together, so every page is read two ways.
  • Every uploaded file is checked byte for byte with a checksum, and its real file type is verified. Corrupt files are rejected, never analysed.
  • If part of a scan is too poor to read, AI Doctor tells you which items are missing instead of guessing values.

Create an Account and Sign In

  1. Open the AI Doctor address that VYROX gave you.
  2. Press Create Account and fill in Full Name, Email, Gender, date of birth and a password of at least 8 characters.
  3. Press Create Account again to finish. You are signed in straight away.
  4. Next time, press Sign In and enter your Email and Password.

To sign out, press the sign-out icon beside your name at the bottom of the left panel.

On a phone, the left panel opens from the menu button in the top left corner, and the Reports panel slides in over the chat.

Set Up Your Health Profile

Your age, sex, conditions and medicines change what a result means, so AI Doctor uses your profile to interpret reports in your context. The profile is private to your account.

  1. Press your name at the bottom of the left panel (Edit Health Profile).
  2. Check Full Name, Gender and Date of Birth. Gender offers Prefer Not to Say, Male, Female and Other.
  3. Under Medical History, list conditions, surgeries and allergies, for example "Type 2 diabetes since 2018, penicillin allergy".
  4. Under Current Medications, list medicines and doses.
  5. Press Save Profile.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does AI Doctor Give Medical Advice?

No. AI Doctor explains what the numbers in your report mean and flags values that look critical. It is decision-support only; a registered doctor must make any diagnosis or treatment decision.

Which File Types Can I Upload?

PDF (digital or scanned), images in JPG, PNG, WEBP, GIF or TIFF, Word documents, and plain text or CSV files.

Who Can See My Reports?

Your consultations, reports and health profile belong to your account. The web server does not read your files, and the local AI worker deletes its working copy after each job.

Why Should I Fill in My Health Profile?

A value that is normal for one person can be significant for another. Your age, sex, history and medicines let AI Doctor frame each result for you.
