The Partners Programme

Partners in Snooker King is a referral programme inside the member portal that lets any member bring new clubs onto Snooker King and earn a one-time bounty for each club. A partner can share a personal sign-up link, or set up the whole club for the owner with a step-by-step wizard, then help the owner go live through a recorded partner session in the club's back office. It is used by resellers, consultants and club members who introduce Snooker King to other businesses, and by club owners who want to see or control what their partner can do.

Before You Start

Sign in to the member portal at https://snookerking.com/app/ and open Partners from the Apps tab. Every member has a partner account with its own code.
Only set up a club when the owner has asked you to. You will hand them their own login.
Snooker King reviews every new club before it goes live, usually within one working day.

The Partners Tabs

A bell opens Notifications with updates about your clubs.

On Overview, find Your Links. Your code is shown there.
Press Copy or WhatsApp beside a link, or press Share Your Link.
The club owner opens the link and signs up themselves.

A club that opens your link and signs up within 90 days is credited to you. If the club opened more than one partner link, the last one counts.

Setting Up a Club for an Owner

Set Up a Club creates the owner's account, business, centres, tables and first staff in five steps: Owner Login, Business, Centres, Staff and Review.

Press Set Up a Club on Overview or Clients, or Set Up This Club on a prospect.
Owner Login: enter the Owner Name, Owner Email and Owner Mobile. Leave Create a strong temporary password for me ticked, or untick it and type a Temporary Password (12+ Characters). The owner must replace it the first time they sign in.
Business: enter the Business Name and choose the Currency. Tax, receipts, payments and other settings can be finished later.
Centres: for each outlet, enter the Centre Name, choose the Type of Business (Games (Snooker, Pool, Mahjong...), Rentals (Rooms, Courts, Lockers...) or Food and Drinks (F&B)) and the Table Style, then the Table Type Name, Number of Tables, Hourly Rate and Time Zone. Optionally tick Set opening hours now (shown to members). Press Add Another Centre for more outlets.
Staff (optional): press Add Staff and enter the Name, Username, Password (8+), Role (Operator or Manager) and Centre. Managers run the centre; operators run the counter.
Review: check the summary, tick The owner asked me to set up this account, and I will hand them their login. and press Create Club.
The Club Created screen shows Sign In At, the Owner Email, the Member Portal link and, if it was generated, the Temporary Password.

Managing a Club

After approval, you can help the owner finish their setup in their own back office.

Open Clients and find the club.
Press Manage, then Open Back Office to confirm.
Make the changes the owner asked for. Everything you change is recorded under your name, and the owner can see it.
Press Exit Partner Mode at the top to return to the member portal.

Press Timeline on a club to see its history, such as Club credited to you, Approved by Snooker King, You opened Manage, Change made in Manage and Owner set their own password.

Manage is not available while the club shows Awaiting Approval, if it shows Not Approved, or after the owner or Snooker King closes your access.

For Club Owners: Partner Access

When a partner is linked to your club, a strip at the top of your back office shows it. Press Partner Access to see:

the partner's name, company and contact details and when they were linked;
whether access is Allowed or Closed;
Recent Partner Activity, listing each change your partner made.

Press Revoke Partner Access to close access at any time, or Allow Partner Access to open it again.

Tracking Prospects

Open Prospects and press Add Prospect.
Enter the Business Name, Contact Person, Phone, Email and City, choose the Stage and add Notes.
Press Save. Edit a prospect to move it through the stages, or press Delete to remove it.
When the club is ready, press Set Up This Club. The wizard starts with the prospect's details filled in.

Earnings and Payouts

Snooker King decides one bounty per club after it joins and pays it to the bank account in your Profile.

Open Profile and fill in Your Details: Your Name, Phone, Email, Company and City.
Under Bank Details for Payouts, enter the Bank, Account Holder and Account Number. Only you and Snooker King can see these.
Press Save Details.

On Clients and Earnings, each club's bounty shows as Not decided yet, approved with payment on the way, paid with the date, or Not payable for this club.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I Need to Apply to Become a Partner?

No. Every member has a partner account and code under Partners in the Apps tab. Snooker King can suspend a partner account, in which case the page explains why.

When Does a Club Count as Mine?

When the owner signs up through your link within 90 days of opening it, when you set the club up with Set Up a Club, or when Snooker King links it to you. If the owner opened several partner links, the last one counts.

Can the Owner See What I Change?

Yes. Every change you make in Manage is recorded under your name and listed in the owner's Partner Access window. The owner can close your access at any time.

Why Can I Not Press Manage?

The club may still be waiting for approval, may not have been approved, or the owner or Snooker King may have closed your access. The club card explains which.

How Is the Bounty Paid?

Snooker King approves a one-time bounty per club and pays it to the bank account in your Profile. Add your bank details there so payment is not delayed.
