Members in FoodServa and POSERVA are your registered customers. Each member has a profile, a membership plan (tier), a credit balance, reward points and a purchase history. Membership plans let you give each tier its own discounts, which are applied automatically when the member is attached to a sale. It is used by front-counter staff who register customers and by managers who run the loyalty programme.

Press Edit Profile to change details and Save Changes to keep them.
Under Admin Actions, managers can add or deduct credit. Enter the Amount (use a minus sign to deduct, for example ''-5.00''), choose the Credit Sub-Type where shown, and type the Reason. Every adjustment is kept in the member's history.
To change a plan later, open it and press Edit Plan. The plan shows its Active Members.
Each plan can carry discount rules for different kinds of sale. For FoodServa and POSERVA, use the POS Items / F&B category.
Managers can also set discount rules in Settings > Member Discounts with Add Membership Discount. There you choose the Membership Plan, the Discount Type, the Minimum Spend Amount and the Maximum Discount Limit, and set Invoice Line Discount Rules or an Invoice Additional Discount.
When a member on that plan is attached to a sale, the discount appears in the bill under Member Discount automatically.
Check that the member is attached to the sale, that their plan has not expired, and that the bill meets any Min Spend. Also check the rule is for POS Items / F&B.
Only if Allow stacked member and coupon discounts is turned on for your business.
The member no longer receives that plan's discounts until the plan is renewed. The profile shows the Plan Expiry date.
Yes. From the member's profile, press Send Password Reset and confirm with Send Email. The member must have an email address on file.
