Credits, Rewards, Stamp Card and Campaigns

Loyalty in FoodServa and POSERVA brings customers back through four tools: prepaid Credit Packages that members top up and spend, Reward Points earned on spending, a Stamp Card that rewards repeat visits, and Campaigns that issue coupon codes. All four are used at the same Point of Sale and F&B payment panel. They are used by owners and marketing staff who design promotions, and by cashiers who redeem them.

Before You Start

  • Setting up loyalty needs a manager role with access to Settings > Credit Packages and Settings > Loyalty. On a phone, use the Stamp Card and Campaigns tiles.
  • Customers must be registered members to use credits, points and stamps. See Members, Tiers and Member Discounts. Coupons can be used by anyone.

Credit Packages (Prepaid Credit)

A credit package lets a member pay in advance, often with bonus credit, and then pay for purchases from their balance.

Set Up Credit Packages

  1. Go to Settings > Credit Packages.
  2. Under General Settings, set Enable Credit System to Yes and set a Low Credit Warning if you want members warned when their balance is low.
  3. Press Add Credit Package.
  4. Enter the Package Name and Price.
  5. Enter the Base Credits and any Bonus Credits (or a Bonus %), and set Base Credits Expiry (Days) and Bonus Credits Expiry (Days).
  6. Choose the Tax Treatment and Service Charge (%) if they apply, leave Status as Active and press Save.

Sell a Credit Top-Up

  1. Open the Point of Sale and attach the member.
  2. Choose the Credit Packages category, which appears once a member is linked.
  3. Choose the package and take payment as usual.
  4. The credits are added to the member's Credit Balance.

To spend credits, the member pays with Credits at checkout. See Payments and Discounts.

Warning

Prepaid credit is money you owe the customer until it is used or expires. Keep expiry periods clear and tell customers about them before they buy.

Reward Points

  1. Go to Settings > Loyalty.
  2. Under General Reward Settings, turn on Activate Reward Points.
  3. Under Earning, set the Points Earning Rate: how much the customer must Spend to Earn each point. Set the Points Expiry Period.
  4. Under Redemption, set the Points Redemption Rate (how many points equal a cash value), the Minimum Points for Redemption and the Maximum Points per Transaction.
  5. Press Save.

To make an item redeemable with points, enter a Basic Points Cost on the item. At checkout, the member pays for eligible items with Points.

Stamp Card

Turn On the Stamp Card

  1. Go to Settings > Loyalty and find Stamp Card Settings.
  2. Turn on Enable Stamp Card.
  3. Optionally set a Stamp Rate Limit with a Limit Mode of No Limit, Per Day (resets at center midnight) or Per X Hours (rolling), and the Max Stamps per Period. Press Save Stamp Limit.
  4. Choose the Eligible Membership Plans that can collect stamps.

To make an item redeemable with stamps, enter a Basic Stamps Cost on the item.

Add or Adjust Stamps for a Member

  1. Open Stamp Card and use Find Member to search by name, phone or email.
  2. Press Add Stamp, set the Quantity and an optional Reason, and press Apply.
  3. The member's History lists every stamp added, adjusted or redeemed.

The Redeemable Items list shows what the member can claim. At checkout, the member redeems with Stamps.

Warning

Reset All in the Danger Zone clears stamps and needs a stated reason. Use it only for a planned programme reset.

Campaigns and Coupons

  1. Open Campaigns and press New Campaign.
  2. Enter the campaign Name, for example ''Christmas 2026''.
  3. Choose the Discount Type: Percentage (%) with a Discount %, or Fixed Amount (RM) with a Discount Amount (RM).
  4. Set an optional Min Spend (RM).
  5. Set the Start Date and Expiry Date.
  6. Enter a Code Prefix and the number of Coupons to Generate.
  7. Press Create Campaign.

Each campaign shows its Coupons, Claims and Redemptions. Use Generate More Coupons (Count) to issue more codes. Customers redeem a code at checkout with Enter Code and Validate.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can Guests Who Are Not Members Use a Coupon?

Yes. Coupons are entered at checkout and do not need a member. Credits, points and stamps do need a member.

Why Is the Credits Button Not Showing?

Attach a member with a credit balance, and check that Enable Credit System is on.

Do Bonus Credits Expire?

Bonus credits expire after Bonus Credits Expiry (Days) if you set it. Base credits follow Base Credits Expiry (Days).

Can I Stop a Campaign Early?

Yes. Open the campaign and press Deactivate, or press Edit Campaign and change the Expiry Date.
