Bug Reports and Feature Requests in LawServa let anyone with a seat tell the people who build LawServa when something does not work or could be better. Each report is sent with the page you were on and your browser, can carry screenshots, and keeps a thread where the LawServa team can ask you questions and tell you when it is done. Every member of staff can use it.
No special permission is needed. Reports are read by LawServa and, inside your firm, by the compliance officer and the firm manager. They are not seen by any other law firm.
Where AI is switched on, an AI button beside the box reads only what you have typed and tells you what the person fixing it would still need to ask. It does not send the report.
The Bug Reports and Feature Requests dialogs list your firm's reports. Use Search, Filed By and the status chips to find one, and open it to read the full thread.

When LawServa asks you something, a number appears beside Bug Reports or Feature Requests in the account menu and a LawServa is waiting on you dialog may open. Open the report, write your answer in the thread and press Send Reply. The work continues once you answer.
LawServa tells you when your report is finished. If it is not fixed for you, reply in the thread so it can be reopened. You can withdraw a report of your own with Withdraw This Report if it is no longer needed.
The LawServa team, and in your firm the compliance officer and firm manager. Other firms cannot see it.
Press Add Screenshot, or paste an image straight into the What Happened box. PNG, JPEG and WebP images are accepted.
LawServa has asked a question it needs answered before it can continue. Open the report and reply.
