Payroll88 has moved to CountServa. Former Payroll88 users now run Malaysian payroll, with EPF, SOCSO, SKBBK, EIS, PCB, leave, holidays and statutory advances, inside the Payroll module of CountServa, the cloud accounting and ERP system from VYROX. Opening the old Payroll88 address now takes you to CountServa payroll.
If you have not used CountServa before, your company owner adds you in Settings > Users and sends you a setup link to set your password. Employees sign in at the same address and see their own payslips, leave and EA forms in the User Portal.
When your organisation was moved, its payroll records were brought into CountServa:
Your earlier Payroll88 audit history was kept. New payroll changes made in CountServa are recorded in Settings > Audit Trail, alongside every other change in your company.
If something you expect is missing, use Report Bug in your name menu at the top right so the team can check it.

CountServa also adds the yearly E/EA Forms screen and Staff Loans.
Employees sign in at the same CountServa address with their work email. Depending on what your company allows, the User Portal menu shows Payslips (with an EA Forms tab), Leave, Public Holidays, LINDUNG 24 Jam for the SKBBK decision, File Vault and My Statutory Advance. Approvers also see Approvals for pending leave. The old Payroll88 employee pages are closed, so leave applied there would not reach the office. If you were following an approve or reject link from an old email, decide the leave in CountServa instead.
You sign in with a CountServa account. Ask your company owner to add you as a user if you cannot sign in.
CountServa uses the same Malaysian statutory tables for EPF, SOCSO, SKBBK, EIS and PCB. See Payroll for how each is applied. Rates and rules change, so confirm current figures with KWSP, PERKESO and LHDN.
Yes. Employees use the CountServa User Portal on any phone browser.
