CountServa · CountServa: Accounting and ERP Manual
Financial Reports in CountServa turn the entries posted by your invoices, bills, receipts, payroll and journals into the statements Malaysian companies need: full financial statements under MPERS or MFRS, profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, aging, statements of account and management reports. Every report is read live from the ledger, so it is always up to date, and most can be printed or saved as PDF.
The Reports menu lists the most used reports. Reports > All Reports opens the full catalogue grouped by purpose. Most reports share the same controls: choose From and To dates (or As At for a point in time), an optional Compare period, then press Apply. Use Print / PDF, Export CSV or Export Excel where shown.
| Report | What It Shows |

| Trial Balance | Every account's debit or credit balance, to prove the ledger balances |
Reports > Financial Statements builds the complete statutory set for a financial year, prepared under the reporting framework chosen in company settings. It includes Corporate Information, the Directors' Report, the Statement by Directors, the Statutory Declaration, a page reserved for the Independent Auditors' Report, the primary statements and the notes. Prior-year comparatives are shown automatically.
